If you have received from us a Pet ID card (Pet Driver's License), then your account is set up.
Once logged in, you will have the capacity to update personal contact info, update pet details, view vaccination history,
and view previous invoices. You will also be able to request boarding reservations and a Doctor's appointment.
Boarding and appointment requests are only viewed once a day, so if the request is for the current day or the following
day it is best to call us @ 770.271.8716 and confirm the reservation or appointment.
To login you will need:
Clinic ID = 1042
Client ID = Client# is located on the front your Pet Driver's License.
Password = The email address you gave us on the new client form. If you have trouble logging in,
please email your new password to jon@suwaneeanimalhospital.com.
Include in the email your name, one of your pet's names, and your client # if
you have it. It will take 24 hours for the password to update on our server.
