Bath with Every Groom


Baths include a shampoo, a brush out, ears cleansed, expression of the anal gland, and toe nails clipped. Our Kennel staff performs baths except in cases where your pet is also being groomed. In this case, the groomer will perform the bath. After a bath, your pet will go home feeling clean and fresh. Below are ingredients for several shampoos and cleansing solutions that we use.

VET Ear Cleansing Solution for Dogs and Cats
Ingredients: Deionized Water, Propylene Glycol, Aloe Vera Gel, SD Alcohol 40-2, Lactic Acid, Glycerin, Dioctyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate, Salicylic Acid, Fragrance, Benzoic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol.

HyLyt Shampoo Essential Fatty Acids
Ingredients: Water, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lactate, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, glycerin, hydrolyzed collagen, PEG-75 lanolin, sodium chloride, fragrance, methylchloroisothiazolinone, safflower oil, and FD and C yellow #5. Minimal amount of citric acid to ensure optimal pH.

Aloe and Oatmeal Shampoo for Dogs and Cats
Ingredients: Deionized water, sodium C14-16 Oletin Sulfonate, Glycerin, Lauramido Propyl Betaine, Lauramide DEA, Aloe Vera Gel, Oat Flour, Lactic Acid, Fragrance, Polyquaternium-10, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate.

KetoChlor Medicated Shampoo, Antimicrobial
Special Use Shampoo: KetoChlor Shampoo with Spherulites is an antifungal, antibacterial shampoo to be used in the management of fungal skin conditions and bacterial dermatitis (pyoderma) responsive to ketoconazole and chlorhexadine. Meant for use in Dogs and Cats only.

Ingredients: Chlorhexidine gluconate 2.3% (2% in free form; 0.3% encapsulated in Spherulites). Ketoconazole 1%.
